Description
We will start in the forests (most likely Stevens Creek Canyon) at 8AM and move down to the baylands (Charleston Slough area) in an attempt to get as many species as possible within four hours. Expect some hiking in the hills, but nothing strenuous. Our goals are to find birds, enjoy nature, and have fun together. Any level of birder, beginner to expert, is welcome to join!
This Birdathon team is open to the public, registrants are asked to either donate or fundraise a minimum of $50 (registration for participants 18 years or younger is $15) over the course of Birdathon in order to support SCVAS education programs.
